Arizona Golf House: A New Home for Golf in Arizona

More than just a building, the Arizona Golf House is a strategic investment in the future of golf as a vital economic engine for our state. It is a first-of-its-kind collaborative hub dedicated to strengthening one of Arizona’s most impactful industries. Golf in Arizona generates billions of dollars in economic activity.

It also creates tens of thousands of jobs, drives national and International tourism, and fuels local businesses year-round. This new home of golf in Arizona unites the local golf nonprofits to serve communities, advance research, champion sustainability, and promote an industry deeply woven into Arizona’s economy, environment and identity.

Local Golf Nonprofit Tenants
The Arizona Golf House’s diverse array of local nonprofit golf tenants is dedicated to teaching golf and the many positive values inherent to the game. They govern the sport and conduct tournaments and programming across the state for everyone from professionals to amateurs and beginners. They operate Arizona’s golf courses in economically beneficial and ecologically responsible ways that make them industry innovators who only use 2% of the state’s water. The golf nonprofits who call the Arizona Golf House home are the leaders of a critical industry that provides 66,000 local jobs by adding $6 billion each year to Arizona’s economy. And most importantly, the game of golf is a driver of generosity. Each year it generates more than $100 million in fundraising for Arizona charities while providing everyone – no matter their circumstances – with opportunities to grow alongside the game of golf.

Together, Under One Roof
The Arizona Golf House unites the local golf nonprofit community together under one roof to maximize the ability of each non-profit organization to serve the public and to ensure the vibrant future of golf as an economic driver. Planned for the future, the Arizona Golf House will facilitate workforce development, career placement, education and research. It will connect economic opportunities to Arizonans through real-world training, internships and other career development services. Tenants will work with Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University and Northern Arizona University to grow internships in wide-ranging trades, including turfgrass management, nonprofit associations, hospitality, tourism and others.

Open to the Public
People from all walks of life and age groups are welcome and encouraged to engage with the nonprofit organizations headquartered at the Arizona Golf House. All tenants welcome public participation and membership in their events and programming, and the facility offers an open-to-the-public, multi-purpose event space available to rent on request for various events.
